Join Woodlands Community Temple

Woodlands Community Temple has adopted a new financial pledge model, Supporting Woodlands, Together.  Under this model, temple membership is sustained with a financial commitment from each family.  This pledge is unique to each family.

To become a member, please fill-out the application below and include your family's financial pledge.  Your WCT bill will be based on your SWT pledge and any applicable program fees.

If you need assistance with this form or have questions about your pledge, please email
wct@wct.org.

The WCT sustaining amount is the average needed per household to cover our annual expenses.  The sustaining amount for 2024-2025 (5785) is $3,300. Your financial commitment is based on your own personal circumstances, and your payments will be tax deductible.

If you will be enrolling any children in our Kesher program, you will need to enroll them using our Kesher enrollment form.  The link for our Kesher enrollment form will be emailed to you after your account is set up in our database.  If you have any questions, email

Welcome to Woodlands. We are delighted that you have chosen to be part of our community.

We hope that you will find membership an enriching experience and encourage you to explore the diverse opportunities for Jewish expression that Woodlands offers.

This agreement is a moral commitment between you and Woodlands Community Temple.
I have read the foregoing material regarding financial commitment, membership responsibilities and religious education. I understand the seriousness of my commitments and I agree to the following:

A. I understand that membership is based on a financial commitment of a personal pledge each year and I agree to make such pledge and payments.  I understand that school related fees are fixed by the Board of Trustees and separate from my personal pledge.

B. I also recognize that as a member of Woodlands Community Temple I have the obligation of:
  1. Serving approximately once a year as the host of an Oneg Shabbat to be held after a Friday evening service;
  2. Serving on traffic duty on temple grounds as needed (for parents whose children are attending religious school);
  3. Supporting my children fully in the commitment expected by the temple to continue their religious school education through Confirmation in tenth grade;

I understand that Woodlands relies on my commitment to maintain its operations and fulfill its obligations to its members, clergy, staff and others. I promise to make full payment of this commitment as set forth above.

I understand that this agreement shall not be binding upon either party until it is reviewed, accepted, and written confirmation of such acceptance is forwarded to applicant by a member of  Woodlands Community Temple's leadership.
Please type in your name to electronically sign.
