JOIN REXCROFT FARM CSA AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE GETTING FRESH PICKED VEGETABLES FROM A LOCAL FARMER FROM JUNE - OCTOBER. FOR MORE INFORMATION GO TO www.rexcroftfarm.com
WHAT IS A CSA?
· “CSA” = Community Supported Agriculture
· Purchase a share of a local farmer’s crop in the fall/winter before it is planted
· Pick up your weekly delivery of vegetables from June – October at a pre-determined location (with enough participants, the delivery will be in Greenburgh)
· Food is harvested either the morning of pick up or the day before, ensuring fresh, great-tasting produce
· We are looking to expand the CSA and continue to have a pick up location at Woodlands for the 2010 growing season.
2010 PRODUCE LINEUP:
· Greens: Lettuce, Kale, Arugula, Collards, Tat Tsoi, Bok Choy, Swiss Chard, Leeks, Mixed Greens, Broccoli Rabe, Spinach, Etc.
