FRIENDS OF KAREN

Friends of Karen is an extraordinary organization. Its mission is to provide emotional, financial and advocacy support to children with life-threatening illnesses and their family. Woodlands has been involved with Friends of Karen for a while now in various ways - Back to School Collection, High Holy Day Paper Product Collection, Mitzvah Projects. Several of our congregants have taken on an additional project and find it very rewarding - so much so tht we want to be sure that all the rest of you know about it and have the opportunity to participate. For more ways to help with collection call Friends of Karen at 914-277-4547 for more information.
